We offer weekly and/or bi-weekly maintenance programs which include all the basics: mowing, stick edging, line trimming and blowing.

Weed Control and Fertilization
Our weed control and fertilization programs consists of 7 annual applications.
Lawn application#1 Feb-March
A pre-emergent weed application is applied to help prevent weed germination and a post emergent for active growing weeds.
Lawn application #2 Mar-Apr
A second pre-emergent is applied in split rates with the first to help prevent Spring weed germination and a post emergent for active growing weeds.
Lawn application #3 Apr-May
Slow release fertilizer is applied to help lawn out of dormancy and spot spray for actively growing weeds.
Lawn application #4 May-Jun
Fertilizer is applied and spot spray for weeds.
Lawn application #5 July
Spot spray for weeds and apply grub control treatment as a preventative.

Fertilizer is applied and spot spray for weeds.

Flower Bed Maintenance
Flower bed maintenance can be added to any recurring services or done a la carte.
An initial service up charge for the first service will be applied, then recurring services can be done on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
The initial flower bed cleanup consists of a 2-3 man crew hand pulling weeds, then spraying a post and pre emergent on beds to complete the clean up and ensure longevity for a weed free bed.

Leaf Pick-up
Leaf cleanups consist of blowing leaves from flower beds, under shrubs, patio, driveway, etc.. into lawn and discharging of leaves by either mulching and/or bagging.
All bagged leaves will be left in a designated area on the property unless instructed to haul and dump (additional dump fees apply).
