How do I pay for my service?

Pay by credit card online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our invoicing system. We also accept Zelle, Cash, and checks (Please make arrangements with us in order to follow social distancing guidelines). You'll receive an email to view your invoice to pay conveniently online. This invoice must be paid on or by the service date. You may be subject to a late fee if not paid by the service date. Please see our late payment FAQ's below.  

Do you charge sales tax?

I have a scheduled service, what if it rains?

We do our best to schedule your service date according to up to date weather apps. We will work through light rain depending on how moist your grass is. Too much moisture while mowing can leave unsightly clumps of grass mixed with mud and an uneven mow (not to mention can cause damage to our equipment). We will notify you via call or text if we need to reschedule your service.  

How do I cancel or reschedule my service?

Call us at 214-940-4733. If we are out on a job, we may not always answer. Please leave a message or text.

Do you charge late payment fees?

We are a small business, and any missed or late payments have a detrimental effect on our day-to-day costs. To ensure that we maintain our high quality of work at a reasonable cost to our customers we ask that payments be made by the end of the service date. A $5.00 late fee will be added to your invoice if not paid within 5 days. (Late Fees can be waived on a case-by-case basis for eligible accounts and are dependent upon circumstantial situation details provided and past account payment history.)

Will you skip my service for non-payment?

We reserve the right to skip a service visit without notification if your account has a past due balance. If your account has been suspended for non-payment. We may be able to resume services with a card on file or cash pick up at the time of service. Services will resume on your regularly scheduled day. 

Returned Check Fees

Effective July 13, 2022. Returned check fee: $35.00.

What are my responsibilities as a client?

  • - Make sure the backyard door is unlocked prior to our arrival. (Note: If we cannot gain access to the backyard during your scheduled service you will still be charged full price. It is possible for us to return on the same day if we are still in your area.)
  • - For the safety of our crew and your pets, we ask that you keep pets indoors or in a secure location during the time of service.
  • - Please clear your yard of animal feces, toys, trash, and items that may accidentally get damaged during our mow.  
  • - If paying Cash, please let us know prior to service where the cash will be located.
  • - If you would like an additional service such as trimming bushes or flower bed maintenance please give us advance notice of 48 hours.
