What are my responsibilities as a client? - NuEdge Lawns LLC

  • – Make sure the backyard door is unlocked prior to our arrival. (Note: If we cannot gain access to the backyard during your scheduled service you will still be charged full price. It is possible for us to return on the same day if we are still in your area.)
  • – For the safety of our crew and your pets, we ask that you keep pets indoors or in a secure location during the time of service.
  • – Please clear your yard of animal feces, toys, trash, and items that may accidentally get damaged during our mow.  
  • – If paying Cash, please let us know prior to service where the cash will be located.
  • – If you would like an additional service such as trimming bushes or flower bed maintenance please give us advance notice of 48 hours.
