We do not offer a refund for services rendered, however, if there is an issue with your service we may be able to provide a case-by-case credit basis. Please email us with your issues or concerns so we can promptly address them.
Commercial Lawnmowing Services
All cancellations for commercial services require a 30-day written notice. Please send your cancellation request to info@nuedgelawns.com. No refunds will be provided for services rendered.
Weed Control
We do not offer a refund for services rendered, however, if there is an issue with your weed control service we will be happy to address your concerns. We believe in our weed control program. Depending on the extent of your weed problem these issues will not resolve in just a couple of applications. Trust the process.
If you are on our annual program and paid in advance, please send a written request for cancellation of services along with your request for a refund. Refunds require approval and will be subject to deductions for services rendered.
